On Saturday 8th of July 2023, the International Dutch Championship (IDC) organisation organised one of the biggest motorsport events at the TT Circuit Assen.
On this sunny Saturday, 56 teams from home and abroad started their 7 hours of IDC Endurance called
“The 7hrs of Assen 2023" at 11.30 hrs by the spectacular Le Mans start. After a 7-hour war of attrition for man and machine, after 228 laps and after 1,038.540 kilometres, at 18.30 hrs the winner received the black and white chequered flag first.

For 2024, the IDC has scheduled The 7hrs of Assen for the 3rd year. The provisional date of Saturday 13 July 2024 is written thinly on the calendar in pencil. Although there is no certainty about the date yet, 10 teams have already registered.
